FC Schalke 04 | Rabbi Matondo: S04 currently only "a little better" than in the descent season

The hopes to set in him could never fulfill Rabbi Matomo at FC Schalke 04, consistently parted by the paths last summer. With his lending club Circle Bruges, it is greatly better for the Welsh, even the 21-year-old does not want to reply.

It seems like Rabbi Matomo in Belgium had found the fun of football. It can hardly be explained differently how extreme the contrast between his achievements on Schalke and Bruges is.

In the meantime, the royal blue was only to guess that Matomo should be a professional footballer, while Circle, he is one of the service providers and pulse generators.

Five gates and a template in 14 missions prove the positive development of the wing storm, which was awarded with the purchase option to the current table fever of the Jupiter Pro League.

I think that's why I regularly game and Circle trusted me, even if it was not so good, Matomo commented his upswing now in the interview with Wales online. He is grateful that they have stayed quietly with me, pushed me and improved.

FC Schalke 04: Matomo knows anger of the fans

In Gelsenkirchen, the basic mood had been another. First, when new Jason Sancho was celebrated, Matomo was after his nine million euros expensive change from Manchester City to FC Schalke gradually brought back to the bottom of the facts.

Spottily, the river was never convincing right outside, in the last half of the year before the descent, Matomo was finally sorted out and stopped at Stoke City. For the walk to the 2nd Bundesliga he still feels co-responsible.

That a club would fall from the size of FC Schalke so, no one had expected. The fans were very disappointed with the way Schalke has risen, he showed understanding for the angry reactions of many S04 followers: But something like that happens in football.

Even if Matomo is no longer part of the team, he still presses the thumbs. This season beats a little better. There will be a time in which you can do it back to the Bundesliga, where you also belong, Hob Matomo. His working paper on Schalke runs 2023.
